Clubbing
Clubbing is a deformity of the finger and nail that is associated with a number of diseases especially pulmonary and cardiac conditions which give rise to a chronic hypoxic state. Schamroth's test or Schamroth's window test is a popular test for clubbing. Lung neoplasms, SBE, Congenital cyanotic heart disease and Tuberculosis are some of the causes of clubbing.
