Haemophilia
Hemophilia is the name of many hereditary genetic illnesses that impair the body's ability to control bleeding, which is known technically as bleeding diathesis. A family physician should be aware of the haemophilia status of his patients. Aspirin should not be given to patients with bleeding disorders. In cases of bleeding, the coagulation system must be transiently normalized by infusing a clotting factor concentrate. Use frozen plasma only if there is no specific clotting factor concentrate available for the patient's disease. These patients are better hospitalized
