Enlarged / Nodular Thyroid

Goitre or enlarged, nodular thyroid gland must be evaluated by Thyroid function tests, ultrasound and FNAC, if indicated. Euthyroid patients with goitre may not need any treatment whereas solitary nodules need to be evaluated for malignancy.
