Insulinoma
Insulinoma is a tumour arising from the beta cells of islets of Langerhans cells of the pancreas retaining the ability to synthesize and secrete insulin. 80% of these are benign. Symptoms are low blood glucose relieved by eating. Surgery is the definitive treatment.
