Pupils of Unequal Sizes

Unequal pupils (pupils of different sizes/ shapes) are not so uncommon a finding in general practice. One has to evaluate to assess which case may be clinically significant. Use of eye drops, past surgery, Argyll Robertson pupil an Horner's syndrome are some of the common causes for unequal pupils
