Knee Fractures
Knee fractures may be caused by either trauma (direct or indirect),chronic stress and certain pathologic conditions.The types of knee fractures are Patellar fracture, Femoral condyle , Tibial spine, Tibial eminence (tubercle) fracture and Tibial plateau fracture.For complete evaluation sometimes CT scans may be necessary to fully delineate the extent of tibial plateau fractures and other complex knee fractures.
