American Urological Association Symptom Index (AUASI) is a patient questionnaire, used as International Prostate Symptom Score, which asks seven questions about the severity of symptoms (scoring range minimum 0 to maximum 35). This index will help physicians manage their patients well informed decisions conforming to principles of Evidence Based Medicine.
