Chronic Autoimmune Thyroiditis

Chronic auto-immune thyroiditis may present as hypothyroidism (sub-clinical and clinical), goitre (Hashimoto's disease), solitary thyroid nodule (rare) and neck pain (very rarely, in contrast to subacute thyroiditis).
