Muscles of the Upper Limb
While examining a patient with a painful joint we need to know which muscle of the joints are involved so that the counseling and exercise required to release the pain can be done accordingly. While examining pain or limitation of movement in shoulder, elbow, forearm and wrist, knowledge about flexors, extensors, adducters, abducters, supinators, and pronators is mandatory.
